Amey Markham (Founder)
Amey Markham is an accredited and qualified dog trainer & behaviourist, who uses ethical, science-based, reinforcement-based training. As well as being the founder of The Good Dog Journey she is the owner of Amey’s Dog Services, which offers dog walking in South East London and training and behavioural services for dogs worldwide via online personalised sessions.
Amey has qualified under the Institute of Modern Dog Trainers (IMDT), and is accredited with the Professional Association of Canine Trainers (PACT) and the Animal Behaviour & Training Council (ABTC).
Amey attends ongoing professional development and is constantly attending seminars and courses to keep up with the latest research and developments.
Amey has four dogs, Troy (male Lurcher), Ezra (female German Shepherd x Malinois), Montie (female Spanish street dog) and Run (male Malinois).
She also competes in Competitive Obedience and a dog sport called IGP which compromises of tracking, obedience, and protection with Ezra and Run.
